So, I’m considering writing my spicy novella under this pen name. Name recognition is a good thing and this name becomes a marketable commodity if anything is published under it, right? Right. The problem is that Every Witch Way is not necessarily a tame story. There’s (fairly graphic) sex and a whole lot of swearing (for the moment). None of this would work out for my young adult book The Misadventures of Supersize Girl. So, I’m thinking all YA stuff should go under one name (TBA) and all my big kid stuff should go under Crystal Jordan. Still pondering, but I think it makes sense. However, MaryJanice Davidson writes romance, erotica, and young adult all under the same name (I think) so there might be precedence for keeping it all under one roof. Dunno yet.
