So, I get some of the most hilarious titles on my Spam filter for comments on this blog. I had to share (and continuously wonder how they picked my blog? I haven’t been that bad a girl, sheesh): Freaky Animal Porn (this one showed up twice, even) Free Christian E Books (nothing against inspy writers, but, um, I’m not…) Hot Trends (had no idea I was so cutting edge. Wow.) Guilty (they’ve been talking to my mother, haven’t they?) Trashy Books (gee, that’s sweet…thanks a bunch) Christian Animal Porn (what the…?) Fetish Porn (that’s really none of their business, frankly) Whips and Chains (geez, what have I been posting that they thought I’d be interested?) Crystal Jordan Gone Wild (honey, as if that footage would ever make it to the internet. I have a rule, no pictures, no evidence, and deny, deny, deny.) Tuesday, July 22nd, 2008
Anne Cain, cover artist wunderkind, did the cover for my upcoming Samhain release Total Eclipse of the Heart. Here’s what it’s about:
What’s a werewolf to do when she finds her soulmate twice? It’s a total eclipse of the heart. In the Heat of the Night, Book One It was only a few years ago that humans found out magical creatures existed. Now, they’re all out of the closet and leading their lives freely when they once used to hide their true identity. Werewolves, vampires, fairies and everything else that goes bump in the night. When Lena walks into the Eclipse bar, she turns Rachel’s world inside out. She’s a werewolf who scents her mate, and nothing will stop her from claiming what’s hers. Rachel has always assumed that when she mated with Jerrod she’d never know another lover, despite her longing for both men and women. No werewolf would be unfaithful. Ever. She’s heard of werewolves having two mates in one lifetime, but after the first one died, not at the same time. She’s terrified of how the man she loves will react when he finds out the instincts that drew her to him five years ago now pull her to another woman. Find out more here! Sunday, July 20th, 2008

Recently, I drank the Kool-Aid the evil Mel forced upon me and joined the great and mighty cult of Twitter. (Seriously, she’s trying to make me her second wife. Shyeah. Right.) It’s actually fun. You just log in and answer one simple question: What are you doing right now? You can respond to other people’s answers, and it’s generally kind of fun. Anyway, if you want to check out Twitter, or become one of my followers, you can click here and see my Twitter page. Wednesday, July 16th, 2008
I don’t care with party you’re in (or not), that there is funny. A new satire on the ‘08 election. Because, really, what’s an election year where you can’t poke fun at the candidates? |
